There was a convention last week at M.I.T. involving some 600 people. The subject was "combustion".
Courtney Pratt and Bowden from Cambridge were here for this. C P [?] came over [--?--] Brookline establishment and discussed image converter takes and their applications at great length.
[Stroboln?] has put the Image converter on the 6ft Newtonian telescope and made a few tests. the unit is on its way to the West coast.
I have been very active on some underwater equipment -- both for free swimming and for deep sea.

The equipment weighs about 25 lbs above water. It just sinks in sea water.
I have been using a “lung” of the Cousteau type in the MIT pool.
