Doc describes experiments with an 18-inch-long flash tube for night aerial photography. Charles Wyckoff and Fred Barstow assisted. They photographed a piano factory using an aerial camera and also made a “smear photo” of the light from the flash tube to examine “variations and waves in the light.” (JB)
